How to use this order form:


1.  Make a list of the house names you want.  If you are ordering for the first time or have a long list, it is usually best to do this on a separate piece of paper before transferring it to the order form.  Please list your houses in the order that you will display them (usually chronological order).  
2.  Use the website catalog to find the items you would like.  Indicate the house type that you want: choose Memory Lane Houses (Item: MLH) or choose from the other unique houses (duplex, townhouse, stairwell housing, archway, etc.) to represent the places you have lived.  When you choose Memory Lane Houses (Item: MLH), I will select from over 30 shapes, colors, and sizes to find houses that best complement your set.
3.  Before transferring your list to the order form, be sure to include any other items or special events that you would like to include (wedding, children's births, pet houses, universities/schools, etc.).  To help me make your village look its best, list all items in the order that you will display them. 
4.  Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
